Today, we will be working on the pre-set-up of your Agent CRM account.
By the end of this call, you should have your Profile and Business settings updated. External Calendars with be integrated and synced and your A2P phone registration submitted. All these steps are necessary and must take place before you can fully start using the system.

Now that the A2P phone registration has been submitted, it might take as little as 1-2 days (potentially longer) to get approved.
To check your approval status please go to, Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center.
