- Making Calls: $0.032/minute

- Receiving Calls: $0.019/minute

Carrier Fees

For every SMS sent, there is a corresponding carrier fee that is passed from the carrier. The cost is determined on a carrier-by-carrier basis. For example, if you are sending to a customer who has AT&T as their carrier, it will be different than if they have T-Mobile, etc. Here are the carrier fees you can generally expect per SMS:

- AT&T: $0.01/sms segment sent

- Verizon: $0.01/sms segment sent

- T- Mobile: $0.02/sms segment sent and received

- US Cellular: $0.02/sms segment sent

- All other carriers: $0.02/sms sent

A2P Phone Registration
In 2023, phone carriers imposed new regulations to register, monitor, and if necessary restrict how business use SMS services. Additional registration costs will be dependant on your registration type.

What is A2P Registration?

In 2023, phone carriers imposed new regulations to register, monitor, and if necessary restrict how business use SMS services. These changes were placed in order to reduce spam rates within the United States.

A2P stands for Application-To-Person, meaning you use a system to send SMS messages.

Since August 31st 2023, US carries have required registration in order to send SMS text communications. Features dependant on text messaging will be filtered and blocked by phone carriers until registration is complete.
